An impressive stallion with immense jumping power, a top producer and glowing winner, successful in the sport and of enormous importance as a producer. In terms of conformation and type, this stallion makes a big impression. Caretello B has established himself as an exceptional producer, was ‘Stallion of the Year’ in 2004, and is one of the most sought-after stallions in South Germany.
Superior at every appearance of this stallion are his phenomenal movements, including great acceleration, and his fascinating jumping technique. The exceptional Caretello B directly unites two world-class jumping lineages in his pedigree: Sire Caretino is one of the most successful stallions of the Holstein breed. After a very prolific career as a sport horse he has to date sired more than 20 approved sons and many valuable mares. The dam, Victoria 5, out of Calypso IV, has made a name for herself as a sport horse of international acclaim.
Caretello B finished his stallion examinations with a total of 130 points, fetched dream marks in numerous jumping rankings, qualified for the national young stallion championships (Bundeschampionat) in 1994 and had a great career in national and international equestrian sport with Tobias Bachl and Holger Wulschner. He has enjoyed victories in Dortmund, Hamburg, Helsinki, Oslo, Windsor, Passin and Weer – to name but a few.
Caretello B enjoys international popularity like almost no other stallion from South Germany. Out of different mares he has produced foals of exciting conformation: with dark coats and noble looks, with large frames and very strong gaits. Numerous foal championship winners ensure that Caretello B is highly favoured within breeding circles. So far he has sired eight licensed stallions, and progeny like Camirez B, Cogito H, Champus G or Cukoo account for life winnings of already more than one million euro. Caretello B stands for 100% character-strong progeny. A stallion that has left his marks on breeding in Southern Germany.
